Who is Pascal Yannick Acafou << Pascal Fitness >>.
He is a Certified Fitness Instructor with certificate number TR1MP90E with New Skills Academy US, Tapout fitness certification and TC1 EMS training ( Electro muscle stimulation ) level 3 coach certification .

He is a professional football player with 15 years of experience before becoming a  Coach. For more than 6 years, he has been working at this job with an advanced experience. His goal today is to share his knowledge and help people regain their lost values, regain confidence in their physical appearances. In addition, gives a sport-specific conditioning training as a professional athlete. Moreover, help individuals  improve their athletic performances and fitness through the development of strength, speed, sport-specific power, agility, endurance, balance, coordination, flexibility, injury prevention strategies and  nutritional education

The key to an athlete's success goes beyond  practice and exercises required for a single sport. It takes the depth of skill and ability to bring an exceptional middle and medium athlete. It is only by improving all parts of the physical system that an athlete will reach the next level of success. This holistic  approach  training is vital for athletes of all ages, abilities and sports to improve speed, flexibility, strength, nutrition, kinesthetic sensitivity and body composition.


Goals

The purpose of my personal training program is to make you your own coach in person. Only you are guaranteed to be with you for the rest of your life. I don't teach you how to use a particular machine, I teach you how to exercise properly to achieve your goals, rehabilitate injuries and prevent future injuries.

Nutrition is the basis. Learn to eat well according to your goals by following two key principles: Food strategies should be easy to follow (I don't believe in diets) and they should include food  you already like to eat. Learn how to manage your fitness in a way that allows you to avoid all the fad diet and exercise programs. Save thousands of dollars by learning to exercise now and have a good nutritional routine and enjoy a lifetime of maintenance.
